{"id":10756,"date":"2021-07-07T18:50:21","date_gmt":"2021-07-07T16:50:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tromso.havn.no\/en\/?page_id=10756"},"modified":"2025-02-26T15:43:31","modified_gmt":"2025-02-26T14:43:31","slug":"maritime-building-applications","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tromso.havn.no\/en\/services\/maritime-building-applications\/","title":{"rendered":"Measures in the sea area"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-sizing-large\">Permission is required for measures in or near the sea area that may affect safety, traffic or defence and preparedness interests in the fairway pursuant to legislation such as the Harbour and Fairway Act. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Examples of measures that require permission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Putting a floating pier in the sea, establishing a quay or engaging in land filling in the sea<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laying water or wastewater pipes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Events on the land or in coastal areas may be subject to application, e.g. boat and jet ski races.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sizing-medium\">The above-mentioned measures normally require a permit pursuant to both acts and can therefore not be implemented until both permits are issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unsure if you need to apply?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-sizing-medium\">The threshold concerning which measures are subject to application is low.
